Authors retain the intellectual property rights over the articles published in Ensayos Revista de Economía.

By submitting their manuscripts and having them accepted, authors grant the journal the non-exclusive right to edit, publish, reproduce, communicate, and disseminate the accepted works in any medium, format, or support, for academic, scientific, and digital preservation purposes.

All content published by the journal is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits copying, distributing, publicly communicating, sharing, adapting, and reusing published content, even for commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution to the work's authorship is given, the original publication source is cited, and any modifications are indicated when applicable.

Authors may disseminate, share, deposit, and reuse the published versions of their works in accordance with the terms of the journal's adopted license. However, when the article is disseminated or reused in other media, platforms, repositories, or websites, the version published in Ensayos Revista de Economía shall be cited as the official version of record, including the complete bibliographic reference and the corresponding DOI identifier when available.
